We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
With all original tags attached
In the original packaging

For hygiene reasons, intimates, shapewear, lingerie, and sleepwear worn or washed cannot be returned.

How to request a return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@room25.store within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
